Promote an Event
Any requests for an event to be promoted, should be placed using the below form.
Public Relations office hours are Sundays, from 9am to 12pm PST. You may expect a response during those times.
NOTE: THE FOLLOWING MUST BE EMAILED TO firstname.lastname@example.org for all requests:
- photos to be used in collateral
- copy (text) to be used in collateral
If these are not provided, then the PR person will use their best judgement.
All events will be approved, by the president, prior to publishing
Submissions must be placed the calendar month prior to the event.
Temple windows must be approved for submission before the 20th of the preceding calendar month
